Our Story
Priority One was founded by an experienced professional who, through volunteering and working with homeless individuals of all ages, witnessed firsthand the growing need for supportive services for seniors and people with disabilities.
A Growing Senior Population
Recognizing that Henry County’s older population is on the rise increasing by 5.85% over the past five years, Priority One was created to provide area seniors with a more timely and cost-effective transportation solution.
Committed to safely escorting you
Unlike curb-to-curb transportation services, Priority One Transportation provides added assistance from pickup to destination.
Our team will safely escort you or your loved one from the residence or facility to a clean, comfortable, wheelchair or stretcher accessible vehicle. Upon arrival, our trained staff will assist you at the entrance and help with the check-in process when needed.
